Lot # 6205-1422Western Canada Rocky Mountains37" long plus tail medium brown color; ordinary spotting white spotted belly super, super, super heavy winter fur; cased hunter kept this cat around for a couple of years before tanning it with result that leather oxidized, tears easily, is badly damaged (tears). Good for fly-tying, maybe small projects on which you can use hide glue on leather. Hunter had sewn up tears (?) in posterior back in several places prior to tanning. Good #1 quality cats from this area were selling for $1500-$2000 raw last year (this is not a #1 quality skin). $55.00 /eaCFR |
