Lot # 7100-0486Northern Alaska/Canada; male; GHOST MARTEN. Has white to light brown head20-21" long medium light gold color light gray underfur super, super, super heavy winter fur; cased #1 select quality. A year ago there were 59,439 marten sold by the largest Canadian auction house. Of these 33 (0.00056%; 1 in ~1800 skins) were of unusual colors as designated by the auction house. We bought all of them and just got them back from the tannery. These are RARE COLORS and exceptionally nice skins. This color phase is a particularly rare color $250.00 /eaFR-411 |
